Health, played.
Not preached.
The retention engine of TikTok, the personalisation of an AI nutritionist, and the infrastructure of smart insurance medicine — in one product.

The Big Picture
The Full Stack of Health
Each layer feeds the next. Data flows up, value flows everywhere. The patient gets a coach. The insurer gets a signal. The system learns.
Not a wellness app. Infrastructure for smart insurance medicine.
What makes this work
What makes this not-another-MyFitnessPal.
Three concrete shifts. Each one is the gap between a calorie tracker and a coach you can’t stop talking to.
It knows your glucose pattern after a run vs. after a bad night. The plate it suggests at 7pm is different from the plate at 1pm — because you are different.
You sit down to eat without taking a photo. Your character pings you: “I’ll be back… and I know you’re eating. Photo it. Prove me wrong.”
Trump · Schwarzenegger · Jackie Chan · Messi · Mr. Beast. The AI picks the character your phone, your TikTok feed and your music already say you love. Health content gets translated into the language you don’t skip.
How money moves
Four streams. One moat.
Three obvious streams plus one that ten-x’s the others — and quietly turns this product into infrastructure.
Freemium. Core features free — photo, basic coach, daily mission. Paid tier unlocks deep pattern analytics, premium characters, full history, multi-character. Margins are software margins; the moat is the personalised data, not the paywall.
The system knows more about a user — context, mood, goals, real consumption — than any social feed. That makes inventory premium. Done with consent, inside health-aligned categories: food, supplements, sportswear, services.
Insurers get real patient behaviour, treatment compliance, doctor-quality scoring and accurate cost planning. We hand them differentiated pricing — healthy lifestyle is literally cheaper. This is the moat: an insurer that ships us into their plan won’t unship.
Anomaly detection: a person starts eating differently, activity collapses, patterns break. Could be depression, stress, an early condition. Early intervention is cheap; late intervention is hospital-scale. Insurers pay for the early signal.
The insurance layer is the moat.
Regulatory positioning
Wellness. Not a medical device.
We enter the system through the door it already has open — not by fighting the device-approval path.
Compliant by design. User consent collected at signup and re-confirmed before any insurer data exchange.
Out of scope. We position as wellness — not a medical device. No diagnosis, no therapy, no claims that trigger the device path.
Explicit user consent only. Granular: the user picks which insurer, which data window, which scope.
Built to enter the system — not to fight it.
Why this team · Why now
You’re not betting on slides.
You’re betting on the gap between “could build it” and “already shipping it”.
Idea → architecture → MVP → production → support. Alone, via AI agents. Not theory — that’s how this demo got built.
Nuclear-energy analytics. ML & forecasting. Full-stack and DevOps. Comfortable with both regulated data and consumer UX.
The live demo Sergey already opened was built in hours, not weeks. Concept of this whole ecosystem was drafted in a single night.
Building systems of agents is the core thesis of this product — and the way I work every day. Not a buzzword on a slide.
You’re betting on shipping speed.
The secret sauce
You’ve seen the system.
Now see why they don’t leave.
The mechanics of TikTok, casinos and bookmakers — redirected at health. That’s the part most pitches skip.
Now — the SECRET.
